[Koha] Edit Items strangeness

That's interesting... I don't seem to have that behaviour on mine with
either Default or NPL templates.  One change I did make was to edit the 952p
subfield and remove the barcode.pl plugin because my barcodes are
pre-printed.

Once you have 'Web Developer' add-on installed.

right-click on the field
left-click on 'Web Developer'
left-click on 'forms'
left-click on 'Make Form Fields Writable'
