[Koha] Koha patron card number length

I bet it's MySQL 5.x.  I had similar errors installing 2.2.8 the first time
because of the return key word problem.  Mark if you are using MySQL 5 then
see this reply I sent Friday.

fix koha.mysql, dump the database and reinstall.  At least that's what I had
to do...

Hmm is there an error before that that might explain why
systempreferences wasnt created?

And what version of mysql are you using?
