[Koha] problem with system preferences

hi everyone,

i have a problem with my new koha installation, especific with the
system preferences,  there is nothing there, when i see the koha error
log, showme these,

table koha.systempreferences does not exist on
/.../.../../koha/intranet/modules/C4/context.pm line 366

anybody knows about these error??,
