[Koha] Repeatable MARC tags

I recently installed Koha 2.2.7 for Windows. I have encountered a problem 
with the MARC tags which are set to be repeatable in the biblio framework.
When I click on the sign to repeat the tag, nothing happens. The 
repeatable subfields are working fine. 

Does anybody have a solution to this?
