[Koha] problem while installing perl modules

Hi,

1 - As far as I know the order of installing perl modules needed for Koha is not that critical. 
2 - Maybe it is possible to install Koha without internet connection, but it will be a lot harder to find missing modules. Me, I would not know how to install without internet access.
