I too am struggling with this Error 500 problem.  I have read many comments 
about missing modules like html::template .... but am very confused as to the 
actual solution.  Where do I find this module and how do I install it on a 
windows xp installation ???
PLEASE ... someone PLEASE ... pass on the clues...
