[Koha] Re: 2.2.4 to 2.2.5 upgrade problem

Just a thought.

Are you being hit by the 2.2.5 and earlier MySQL5 incompatibility?  Ie, 
do you have MySQL5 installed on your Ubuntu machine?

If so there was a recent post to this list specifying one or two where 
the mysql queries needed to be modified to work right with MySQL5
