[Koha] error installing koha2.3

Koha 2.3 is an unstable development release.

Its not ready for production, and isnt easy to install at all. If you want
to use a working Koha, dont install 2.3. 

2.2.6rc2 is release candidate for 2.2.6, while not as bleeding edge as 2.3
is a pre release of 2.2.6. So it also may contain some bugs
