[Koha] spine lable

Hi Shahab,

Check koha.liblime.com again. You probably need to update your
database with the new label's table definition:

mysql -ukohaadmin -pmypassword Koha < /path/to/cvsrepo/koha/barcodes/create_labels_conf_table.sql
