Is that directory /opt/wwwclients/wwwprod/koha/opac/cgi-bin/
either a ScriptAlias or has ExecCGI option set?

Has the koha-httpd.conf been Include'd into your apache config?
Each system has its own way of doing that, so it needs to be done
by the webserver sysadmin. (I'm too scared of being Tuttle'd if
the installer got it wrong!)
