[Koha] Changing the user inteface of KOHA

The files in the folders below /usr/local/koha/htdocs/intranet-tmpl
are straightforward html files. Although it looks like they have been
created with Dreamweaver (the MM_ prefix in the JavaScript is a
giveaway) they are not actually Dreamweaver templates. They don't
have any editable region definitions, for example. So you should be
able just to open the html file in a text editor - I have opened
several of them just now. Dreamweaver may be more picky about file
types and .tmpl may not be a recognised file type, which may be why
you are having problems.
