[Koha] bulk import

Hi all,
speaking of bulk import - is there a perl script or some command line
function to take a record straight from a server?
our current database is located here:
http://zippo.vtls.com/cgi-bin/gmarshall/chameleon

I'm trying to drum up some excitement for Koha at my library, and if I
could go on to the server and mirror the data in Koha they'd be more
enthusiastic about migrating.
