[Koha] FYI - Roy Tennant's presentation to the Library of Congress on needed changes

In the expectation that Koha and its community will continue to grow  
and thrive, I thought I'd share Roy Tennant's recorded presentation  
to the Library of Congress on what needs to happen to library  
catalogs. While he is addressing MARC and metadata, this is in plain  
English and is pretty straight forward.
