[Koha] Parameters page blank after changing "insecure" to "yes"

Hi all,

I'm using koha 2.2. I changed the "insecure" property in Parameters page =
to "yes", but after I changed it, no more parameters were accessible =
from the Parameters page itself. It became blank.

Is there a way around this and have insecure=3Dyes while allowing access =
to parameters?
