[Koha] 852 marc import problems

852 migration details are here

I was unable to get much traction using the marc table
manipulation feature supplied by the Koha software.

 I chose to make my data fit the default table
structure.
The only data which needed manipulation was 852 local
holdings. The process, while time consuming, is easy.
Simply, follow the directions.
