[Koha] Where on esarth can I find a user manual and bug reports for this koha???

[Ardian Pollo - Tirana]

I installed the software in my PC using windows XP and cannot use the
software. 
There are plenty of error messages and I do not know how to configure
this software, from where to start and how to use it. Is there any 'how
to start-up' manual or something similar, any user book, whatever? 
Please help.
