I don't know of any documentation for SEE and SEE ALSO use in Koha.  I
believe Paul has something planned for the next release -- at least that's
what I get from the "list chooser for subject & other fields" feature he
has listed in the 2.2.x roadmap

Maybe he'll have an answer to your question.

On another topic, I have a question of my own:  Has anyone heard anything
from Rob Weir lately?  I prepared an xml version of his KohaWin install
quide and sent it to him some time ago for his approval, but haven't heard
anything back from him.  (My e-mail didn't bounce.)
