[Koha] Koha for other languages.

[Han, Yan]

Koha looks promising for handling English and west languages. In
addition, I know there are people in India using Koha. 
 
Just make sure, does anyone use Koha for other langauges? I am planning
to use it for Arabic materials. does Koha support Unicode?
