[Koha] Windows MARC error

My server's on Linux, so I've never seen this one. Anyone?

Dear helman,



I am sunil from Kerala (India). presently I am working as a library
assistant in Centre for Earth science studies, Trivandrum. 



I got your address from Koha site. I am very interest to do in koha open
source software. I am succfully installed Koha windows version . But the
problem is the default marc tag (presently empty) cannot working. After
clicking the 'add tag' button, there is no new data field can be
display.



please help.
