[Koha] No MARC21 database at all!

Dear all,

 

I have just installed Koha 2.2.3 on Windows XP and everything looks okay.
However, when I was setting up the system parameters I have come across a
sort of problem. I do not see a database table containing the MARC tags and
subfields in MARC 21 when trying to set up  Biblio framework
<http://intranet/cgi-bin/koha/admin/biblio_framework.pl>  (MARC structure) .
I think when Koha was installed, the installer did not load MARC 21 and
UNIMARC "database". If this was the case, how could I load the MARC21
database without having to reinstall everything from the scratch?
