[Koha] Running Koha on Windows

I was instructed to run Koha after installing all the other programs by typing OPAC or INTRANET for stand alone computers.  However, when i type it in, the computer was awfully slow, it says opening page on OPAC on the bottom.  But about half way through, the search ceases without any message.  
 
Does anyone know the reason?  Is it because of my DSL being too slow?
