[Koha] First time to run Koha on Windows

I was instructed to type either opac or intranet on the address bar of internet explorer to run Koha.
 
Do you mean literally typing opac on the address bar without the www. or .org etc?  I tried that, nothing happens.  Do you know what I did wrong?
