[Koha] how to make 050 LCC call number used

I am trying to make 050 Library of Congress Call number to be used. 
 
>From "parameters" >> "Biblio framework" " >> "MARC structure", I know
050 is there. However, if I select "display only used tags/subfields".
082 Dewey Decimal Call number shows. Is there anyway to disable 082, but
enable 050 LCC call number? 
 
or I have to change the PERL source code?
