[Koha] Server Error 500

In my attempt to edit Marc record tag 100 subfields in accordance with the instruction provided by Koha, I encountered the following problem:

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.  Error message:  Premature end of script headers: marc_subfields_structure.pl
