[Koha] Source page

The source page indicates that there is no charset designated for user records, and therefore, i am able to add and search in Chinese easily.  However, under catalogue module, charset is set to be ISO-8859-1.  Is it possible at all to exclude this language?

Sorry for all these emails.  We are anxious to put Koha into full functions as soon as possible.
