[Koha] marc for a newbie

Hi all

I have installed Koha on Windows XP pro with Mysql 4 and apache 2

I am not a librarian, but I do know what MARC is.
Could someone please point me to instructions on how to set up the marc
parameters with Koha 2.2.2b

I am sort of stuck
