[Koha] Getting Koha to work in Windows

I have installed Koha under Windows 98SE and had no problem with installing it. However when I began to setup Koha (parameters), I got stuck at the point 'Authorised values' and all that followed.

I have read and re-read the 'Koha: A Newbie's Guide' as well as 'Koha on Windows' document -- but have had little success

I want to install Koha for our house library. I will be grateful if any of you sends me some instructions as to what I need to do.
