[Koha] Parameters page blank after changing "insecure" to "yes"

Hi all,

I'm using koha 2.2. I changed the "insecure" property in Parameters page to "yes", but after I changed it, no more parameters were accessible from the Parameters page itself. It became blank.

Is there a way around this and have insecure=yes while allowing access to parameters?
