[Koha] i need a real help

dear Mr. stephen ,
 i need your help , my name is susan sameh from Cairo - Egypt . I work for Huge organization called PMEC and i set up KOHA system to this organization and  i need your help to finish my  work in KOHA system 
Please answer for my E- mail ASAP:

   How can I modify or change all the templets in the KOHA and put our  logo ?
   Does KOHA V.1.2.3 run on WIN server 2003 , what the steps to  get it run perfect ?
   I need to get PMEC as a real company that use  KOHA at  cairo -Egypt as AUC ?
   How can I set up  reports that match with my company needs?
   i need the steeps to do all this with coding materials,
   how can i use Open book with my libraray and MARC ?

Please provide me with details i need them Urgent
