This isn't specifically directed at KOHA, but I am hoping somebody might
shed some light on this.

I am currently setting up a Fedora 4 server for KOHA. Under DHCP, I updated
the system using yum, installed all the perl modules, etc. The system was
working perfectly.

I then received a static ip from my network administrator and configured
this using the gui in fedora. I went to command line and issued a ifdown
eth0 command, and then when I issue a ifup etho I received the following
error message:

RTNETLINK answers: File Exists

I cannot ping anything, and I cannot be pinged..i had my network admin look
at it, and we both couldn't figure it out. I saw posts all over the web but
still could not find the fix..can anybody shine any light on this? I could
just reinstall, but don't want to if I don't have to..
