[Koha] Koha 2.2 release plan & translations

Salut Paul,

I requested the files for translation last time there was a general message on it (months ago), but never heard back from you. Seeing Gerry Arthus' message today, I am trying again. As before, depending on the complexity of the translations required, I could probably do German and Croatian.
