[Koha] koha usage problem

i have configured koha on redhat 9.0 n since i m not a librarian, so i m 
facing a lot many problems in koha usage..
these are

in cat maintenance , i dunno what really i have to enter in subject 
maintenance for example i have made 2 categories of mystery and computer 
science books category n whn i enter ne 1 of these in subject maintenace it 
shows me nothing...title search iz working properly . also i have got doubts 
about the  field " undelete biblio"..i dunno exactly what it means..also i 
have no clear vision on what have to be enterned in authorised values.
