[Koha] Telnet interface to Koha

Hi again everybody

We're still testing and understanding Koha, and trying to adapt it to 
our needs... I think we're doing good so far... :)

Meanwhile... there's something we'd like to ask. In previous versions of 
Koha, there was (we never tested it, but it appears in the Koha docs, 
and quick install guide) a Telnet Interface, under scripts/telnet...  is 
there a reason because this interface is no longer available?  what 
happened to it?
