[Koha] New documents on kohadocs.org

[Stephen Hedges]

Two new documents have been loaded on http://www.kohadocs.org:  "Updating
Koha" and "Backups and Restoring," both by Joshua Ferraro.  They are
available there as DocBook XML source trees, as well as html versions and
pdf versions derived from the xml sources.  The xml source trees have also
been loaded in the koha-doc area of Sourceforge.
