Not necessarily that big $$$s. Don't write off the fine upstanding 
programmers on the koha site's support page if you haven't asked them. 
Even if their price is too high for your institution, you could 
probably find other libraries who want it and make a consortium bid. 
If the programmers can't take the whole job, they may be able to 
suggest ways of dividing it into smaller ones, or combining some small 
linked jobs into a larger one. Endless possibilities.
