Actually, it looks like it was another problem (missing mod_cgi or 
similar), but you're right, this should be in a FAQ. I propose writing 
one and making it the ErrorDocument 500 for default koha 
installations, so it appears along with the "Internal Server Error" 
message. Any objections?
