[Koha] OverDue Charges

Hi Chris
I've wrot a cron file OverDue.cron , the file contained the following.

15  17  *  *  *  /usr/local/koha/intranet/scripts/misc/fines2.pl

then I've started the cron job .
but nothing happened next day there r no charges calculated

what's wrong with that ?
