[Koha] Database Schema

Hi,
  I was just wondering, if I want to take a bunch of entries and insert them 
into MySQL, is there a certain way this should be done? What tables should 
the items go into? I thought perhaps someone could point me to a document 
explaining the schema or something so that I can insure I can get the data in 
efficiently.
