Note that the 1.9.1 and the 1.9.2 have exactly the same database

So you can :
* mv /etc/koha.conf /etc/koha.conf.191
* install.pl (on a koha_192 DB and user)
* rm /etc/koha.conf
* mv /etc/koha.conf.191 /etc/koha.conf
* drop database koha_192

And it should work with what you did in 1.9.1 DB.
