[Koha] Anobody could help me a little? [Koha - Win32]

Dear People	

  I'm testing Koha 1.2rc3-Win32 that have downloaded from the Win-Koha site. 
After a lot of problems for registering the extra-modules for Active State-Perl
I have Koha working. I have tested that could add new records, could
search for them, but inside some options doesn't work.
This screens are:

  Catalog-search
  Member-search
  Accounts
  Parameters

  The problem is that I could not show the entire functionality of Koha. 
including that I could not define new branches, nor define settings, etc.
Looking at intranet_error I could see:

  I don´t understand what is missing or working bad.
  I would appreciate any help very much. Thanks a lot.

PD: Do you know where could I access to the Spanish templates for this 
version?
