[Koha] MARC info request from librarians

Here's a question for the librarians in the crowd.  I'm trying to match up
the data in Koha's biblio, biblioitems, and items tables to MARC tags and
subfields.  Can you go over the list below and comment on my mapping, both
things you think I've done wrong, or things that I'm missing entirely?
