[Koha] Ziggy release

Hi all

The following URL is a release of my failed attempt at creating a library
system for UniSFA:

Why am I releasing it?

There are a few tidbits in that I want to include into Koha, there's 
somestuff in there that is useful as a comparison, etc.

Of note:

1) some spec documents for the project
2) a port of Business::ISBN to python
3) a Cdk like curses library for Python
4) various fragments of SQL and Python (eg book recommendations based on
    borrowing)
