[Kete] kete 1.2 cannot add item in

Hey Hoa,

The issue may be caused by the fact that Kete 1.2 isn't compatible with the newer version of the Nokogiri Ruby gem.

You can rollback to a version of Nokogiri that works by running the following:

[sudo] gem install nokogiri --version=1.3.3
[sudo] gem uninstall nokogiri     (all except 1.3.3)

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest Kete codebase but checking out the 'master' branch from our Github repo.
