[Kete] Final push to Rich Text Editor Easier Multimedia Inclusion fund campaign

We've reached our goal!  Thanks everyone that contributed to the fund drive.

The work will likely get underway sometime in August.  I'll let you know when it has been completed or if we need feedback.
