The best way to do this is to add a SQL report to the Saved Reports list in the Reports section. On the Koha wiki is a list of reports that others have prepared: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/SQL_Reports_Library It looks like #s 5.74 or 5.75 might be similar to what you want.
