Hi, at the moment you can only manage the authorised values in the staff interface, there is no option to export/import them in batch. See: *Bug 10198* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10198> - Add the ability to import and export authorized values If you have some SQL knowledge and access to your database it might be an option to do it on database level. Hi Igor,

you can tie authorised values to MARC subfields and they will provide a pull down to make it possible to pick by description, but store the code. - Is that what you had in mind?
