An upgrade will result in a couple of warning about unpacking some yui library files on the command line and in my experience so far, leave you with a rather nasty display in the staff client. Oh bother. There were changes to yui handling in this release. I won't get to look at it until tomorrow, but for now I've disabled read access to the package, so you'll get 403 Forbidden errors if you attempt to download it, until a fixed version can be deployed. Hi Barry, I too was receiving this error. Very frustrating. I installed echo deb http://debian.koha-community.org/koha oldstable main to the /etc/apt/sources.list.d koha.list file instead of echo deb http://debian.koha-community.org/koha stable main [I made sure that I deleted this entry from the /etc/apt/sources.list.d koha.list file.] This did the trick for me. This installs 3.16.09 fine. Reverting to the "stable" source and running an upgrade successfully gets Koha up to the latest version (3.18.06.01). Hacky, but it works! Damnit. The fix introduced in 3.18.06.1 was because fresh installs were possible but upgrades weren't. My fix ended up making it so that upgrades were possible, but fresh installs aren't.
