Emrys, This is a known issue. You need to use <<items.content>> instead of author and title. I am using Koha 3.00.02.012 on Debian Etch, using qmail instead of the standard sendmail.  Anyone have an idea why elements are able to be pulled from the 'borrowers' table but not the 'biblio' table?
