Overdue notices - how to get all categories of patrons being sent emails!
Hi all! Got a bit of an interesting one here.... We've got overdue notices set up and working BUT it doesn't seem to be working for one of our categories - (A)dministrative users. Any clues as to what might be going on??? Nick
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi Nicholas, On your More -> Administration -> Patron categories, on your A borrower category, do you have Overdue notice required set to "yes?" Cheers, Liz Rea On 29/08/13 15:33, Nicholas van Rheede van Oudtshoorn wrote:

Thanks for your replies, ladies, but no joy... :-( On an interesting note - I do see that the (A)dministrative category doesn't even show up as an option in the Notice triggers page! Hi Nick, did you check under administration > categories that the 'overdue notice required' is set to yes? The patron category will only show up on the notice triggers page if this is the case. I learned that the hard way by reporting a bug about this behaviour and being told it was a feature :) Katrin -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: koha-bounces@lists.katipo.co.nz im Auftrag von Nicholas van Rheede van Oudtshoorn Gesendet: Do 29.08.2013 06:57 Cc: koha@lists.katipo.co.nz Betreff: Re: [Koha] Overdue notices - how to get all categories of patrons being sent emails!
