Koha 2.2.9 on Windows: When installing the Perl Modules we get errors: "perl Command Line Interpreter has encountered a problem and needs to close." When installing Koha, we also get errors. Error reads "perl command line 122 and 781 encountered a problem". What happens is that Koha 2.2.9 installs, but there is no Mysql administrator so thus we can't save the data base using this format. That's a very odd error. Does it occur when you try to create the tables for Koha, or at some other time?
